You are comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule, ensuring that you maximize your time spent on-site with clients.

Desirable

Experience in the auto finance industry or a related field would be a plus, as it would enhance your ability to understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the market. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will set you apart as a candidate.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Lendbuzz's market reach by building and maintaining strong relationships with dealerships across the San Diego region. You will visit dealerships daily, connecting with partners and driving growth through effective sales strategies. Your hands-on engagement will allow you to truly own your territory and make an impact where it matters most.

You will work closely with the field sales team to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals. Your ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth will be crucial in achieving success. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that dealership partners feel supported and valued.
