Your experience includes managing partnerships and ensuring their long-term success, demonstrating your capability to navigate complex business landscapes. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to align business goals with operational execution. Your leadership style fosters a culture of innovation and accountability, empowering your team to excel in their roles. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using analytics to inform your strategies. You are passionate about building relationships and creating value for both the company and its partners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a critical part in scaling the Business Development function at Life360. You will work closely with BD Partner Leads to assist in identifying and structuring new partnership opportunities, ensuring that these partnerships are executed effectively and operationalized for long-term success. You will oversee the Partner Program, managing its various components to drive overall performance and alignment with company objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to enhance partnership engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting tactics as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. You will also be responsible for communicating progress and insights to senior leadership, ensuring that the business development initiatives align with Life360's mission and goals. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and maintain Life360's competitive edge.
