What you'll do
As a Business Development Manager at Real, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive growth and performance within the Title Services team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with Realtors and joint venture partners to expand market presence. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and drive sustainable revenue growth, ensuring that the business development efforts align with the company's mission and objectives.
You will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies that enhance the company's competitive position in the market. This includes conducting market research to identify potential partners and opportunities, as well as analyzing industry trends to inform your strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business development initiatives are effectively integrated into the overall business strategy.
In this hands-on role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of title and escrow services at Real.
