Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in consulting and professional services, with experience in driving digital and organizational transformation for clients. Your ability to build and manage senior-level relationships is exceptional, and you are comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders in both English and German. You possess strong communication skills that allow you to influence decisions at the executive level, and you thrive in complex selling environments where strategic thinking is essential.
You are adept at identifying strategic opportunities and shaping tailored service solutions that align with client needs. Your experience includes orchestrating internal consulting and delivery teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded. You understand the importance of value-based selling and are skilled at creating win-win scenarios for clients, your organization, and partners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for positioning and selling high-value consulting and professional services engagements that drive digital and agile transformation. You will identify and develop strategic accounts, focusing on growing accounts beyond €2M. Your responsibilities will include aligning internal teams with client expectations and contributing to the overall commercial strategy of Valiantys. You will leverage your networking skills to build relationships and ensure alignment between delivery and client expectations, ultimately driving sustainable revenue growth.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the services provided meet the highest standards and deliver measurable impact for clients. Your role will require you to present ideas clearly to both clients and internal teams, influencing decisions and ensuring that all parties are aligned on objectives. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of the sales strategy, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts.
