What you'll do
As a Customer Onboarding & Success Specialist at Malt, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience from the start. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing support throughout their project lifecycle. Your role will involve driving project renewals and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.
