What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships across the APAC region, ensuring that clients have a successful experience with Mattermost's collaborative workflow solutions. You will collaborate with enterprise representatives, technical account managers, and marketing teams to address customer needs and drive engagement. Your focus will be on understanding customer challenges and providing solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.

You will lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention, leveraging feedback to inform product development and service enhancements. By analyzing customer data and usage patterns, you will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
