Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in opening new markets and establishing relationships with clients. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with self-prospecting and generating your own leads. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to take initiative and seek out new opportunities in the healthcare staffing industry.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with outpatient healthcare facilities and close new business. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients is key to your success in this role. You are results-oriented and motivated by the potential for uncapped commission based on your performance.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Medely, you will be responsible for identifying and opening new territories for our healthcare staffing platform. This involves building demand from the ground up and establishing relationships with outpatient healthcare facilities. You will own the full new-business motion, which includes self-prospecting, generating your own pipeline, and executing creative strategies to close deals.

You will work closely with the leadership team to align your efforts with the company's growth objectives. Your role will require you to be proactive in seeking out new business opportunities and developing strategies to penetrate markets where Medely has little to no existing presence. You will also be expected to track your progress and report on your sales activities regularly.

What we offer

Medely offers a competitive compensation package with an OTE of $124,000 - $138,000, which includes base salary and commission. As a fully remote team, we provide the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you are in the EST or CST time zones. You will be part of a high-growth startup environment where your contributions directly impact the company's success and the lives of healthcare professionals.
