What you'll do
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Mendix, you will be responsible for ensuring that our enterprise customers achieve their desired outcomes using the Mendix platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and help them leverage our low-code solutions to drive their digital transformation initiatives. Your role will involve onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into our platform development.
