What you'll do

In this role, you will identify and engage prospects from our product-led growth engine, upselling them on the benefits of our enterprise plan. You will develop expert-level insights on the impact of our AI solutions on recruitment processes, helping clients understand how our technology can enhance their hiring strategies. You will work closely with the sales team to refine our approach and ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers effectively. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling. You will contribute to the overall strategy of the sales team as we prepare for a broader build-out in 2025. You will be expected to meet sales targets and report on your progress regularly, using data to inform your strategies and decisions.
