You are a strategic leader with a strong background in business development and sales enablement, particularly in the security domain. You have experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance sales readiness and community development. Your ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders is key to your success in this role.

You possess a deep understanding of the security landscape and the challenges organizations face in achieving their digital transformation goals. You are adept at building and executing strategies that align with go-to-market initiatives, ensuring that sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.

What you'll do

As the Director of Business Strategy – Security Sales Enablement, you will lead efforts to develop and implement sales readiness programs that drive revenue growth for the Security Solution Area. You will work closely with the Chief Security Advisors and other seller communities to build sales competencies and deliver effective enablement initiatives.

You will partner with various stakeholders, including senior leaders in the Product Group and other Commercial Solution Areas, to ensure alignment and execution of the global sales readiness strategy. Your role will involve influencing key decisions and fostering collaboration across teams to achieve collective growth aspirations.
