Overview
Minitab is seeking a Manager of Indirect Channel Sales and Partnerships to lead and develop their partner ecosystem across the Americas. This role requires 8+ years of channel business development experience and offers a hybrid work model.

You have over 8 years of experience in channel business development and enterprise software sales, demonstrating a strong ability to lead partner-facing teams. Your background includes significant experience selling into manufacturing or industrial organizations, where you've successfully employed value-based or consultative selling techniques. You are a hands-on leader who thrives in building and executing channel strategies, and you understand the nuances of managing high-impact partnerships.
Your proven track record in driving recurring and new revenue through partner-led initiatives showcases your strategic mindset and execution capabilities. You excel in aligning partner capabilities with digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives, ensuring that your partners are well-equipped to succeed in their endeavors. You possess strong relationship-building skills, allowing you to engage effectively with executives and stakeholders across various organizations.
What you'll do
As the Manager of Channel Sales & Partnerships at Minitab, you will lead and develop a team of Partner Account Managers, guiding them in executing the Americas indirect channel strategy. Your role will involve recruiting, enabling, and managing high-impact partners, ensuring they are aligned with Minitab's goals and objectives. You will actively engage in partner development and support complex enterprise opportunities, including those with global manufacturers exceeding $1 billion in revenue.
You will blend strategic leadership with frontline execution, driving initiatives that enhance partner engagement and revenue generation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the execution of partner-led and co-sell motions, ensuring that your team is equipped to support enterprise deal closures effectively. You will also play a critical role in aligning partner capabilities with Minitab's offerings, focusing on quality, statistical process control (SPC), and operational excellence.
