Minitab is seeking a Mid-Market Manager to drive adoption of their enterprise SaaS solutions. You'll manage mid-market accounts, build customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams. This role requires 3+ years of inside sales experience in the IT or application software market.

You have 3+ years of successful inside sales experience in the IT or application software market — you've demonstrated a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while building strong customer relationships. You thrive in a consultative sales environment, where understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions is key to your success.
You enjoy working in a virtual account team-selling environment, collaborating closely with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and growth. Your ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities sets you apart, and you take pride in owning your territory end-to-end.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Manager at Minitab, you will own and manage assigned mid-market accounts and territory, focusing on driving adoption of our latest solution offerings. You will identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while also driving upsell, cross-sell, services, and renewal revenue. Building strong customer relationships will be a key measure of your success, as you aim to enhance customer satisfaction and referenceability.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams in a virtual selling model, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively. This role requires travel of 20–35% for on-site meetings with customers, prospects, and partners, allowing you to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
