Minitab is hiring a Senior Renewals Specialist to manage customer relationships and drive revenue retention. You'll work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure successful contract renewals. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer relationship management, with a focus on driving revenue retention and customer satisfaction. Your experience in managing renewals has equipped you with the skills to identify risk indicators and proactively address challenges. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and customer success teams to deliver exceptional value to clients.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and act as a trusted advisor to customers. Your ability to understand business goals and align solutions accordingly is key to your success in this role. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for managing multiple accounts while maintaining a deep understanding of each client's unique needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and execute high-touch renewals that directly influence Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). You will lead a defined set of accounts, ensuring that you understand their business goals, stakeholders, and market context. By identifying risk indicators early, you will proactively drive remediation efforts to protect contract value and reduce churn.
You will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Product, to ensure seamless and successful renewal outcomes. Your efforts will not only protect recurring revenue but also fuel growth by identifying expansion opportunities within your accounts. You will communicate value clearly and engage with champions, end users, and economic buyers to strengthen customer relationships.
