Overview
Minitab is hiring a Senior Renewals Specialist to manage customer relationships and drive revenue retention. You'll work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure successful contract renewals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer relationship management, with a focus on revenue retention and growth. Your experience includes managing renewal portfolios and understanding business goals, which allows you to identify risk indicators early and drive proactive remediation efforts. You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless renewal outcomes that align with customer needs.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor to customers. Your ability to engage with various stakeholders, including champions and economic buyers, helps you strengthen customer relationships and expand account impact. You are detail-oriented and have a deep understanding of market context, which aids in aligning solutions to business needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and execute high-touch renewals that directly influence Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). You will manage a defined set of accounts, leading with a deep understanding of each customer's business goals and market context. Your proactive approach will involve identifying risk indicators early, such as usage trends or pricing challenges, and driving remediation efforts to protect contract value and reduce churn.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Product teams to ensure successful renewal outcomes. Your role will also involve communicating value clearly to customers, helping them understand how Minitab's solutions align with their business needs. By engaging with various stakeholders, you will work to expand account impact and drive customer satisfaction.
