What you'll do
In this role, you will support Mixpanel's compensation programs by conducting analyses and providing insights that inform compensation decisions. You will collaborate with the People and Culture team to ensure that compensation practices align with the company's values and goals. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market data to benchmark compensation, assisting in the development of compensation structures, and providing recommendations based on your findings. You will also play a key role in communicating compensation policies and practices to employees, ensuring transparency and understanding across the organization.
