Stripe is hiring a Compensation Analyst to support Compensation Program Managers by providing data-driven insights and executing critical compensation processes. Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong knowledge of Workday and/or Tableau functionality, which allows you to effectively analyze and model compensation data. Your experience with the Workday Advanced Compensation module has equipped you with the skills necessary to support equity compensation programs at both private and publicly traded companies. You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple high-priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Your background includes experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL, which you use to develop and maintain compensation tools, dashboards, and templates that drive informed decision-making. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with People and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely compensation data and reporting. Your analytical mindset enables you to conduct detailed compensation analysis and modeling to support program design and recommendations.
What you'll do
As a Compensation Analyst at Stripe, you will play a critical role in our annual pay range benchmarking and review process. You will support Compensation Program Managers and Compensation Partners by providing data-driven insights that inform compensation strategies. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed compensation analysis and modeling, ensuring that our compensation offerings continue to scale effectively as Stripe grows.
You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on teams such as Talent & Development, Global Equity Management, and People Analytics to ensure comprehensive and current data sets. Additionally, you will support Stripeβs relationship with third-party vendors, ensuring that all compensation-related data is accurate and up-to-date. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of our compensation programs, helping to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
