Who you are

You are a passionate sports enthusiast with a deep understanding of various sports and their current trends. Your knowledge allows you to engage effectively with fans during live events, creating a vibrant community atmosphere. You are fluent in Japanese and can communicate effortlessly with fans, ensuring they feel connected and valued. Your experience in moderation or community engagement is a plus, as you understand the importance of maintaining a positive environment during live chats.

You thrive in dynamic situations and enjoy interacting with diverse groups of people. Your ability to think on your feet and respond to fan inquiries in real-time makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You are committed to working 25-30 hours per week, with a strong emphasis on weekend availability to align with sporting events.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with the community during live sports events, participating in live chats and sharing polls and quizzes to enhance fan interaction. Your primary responsibility will be to moderate discussions, ensuring that conversations remain respectful and enjoyable for all participants. You will also be tasked with keeping up with the latest sports trends and events, allowing you to provide relevant insights and foster engaging discussions among fans.

You will work closely with the ModSquad team to develop strategies for community engagement, helping to create a fun and interactive experience for sports fans. Your role will involve monitoring chat activity, responding to fan questions, and facilitating discussions that enhance the overall viewing experience. You will play a crucial part in building a loyal community around the sports streaming service, making your contributions vital to its success.
