Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the SaaS or fintech sectors, with at least 5 years of experience in account management or business development. You excel at building relationships, especially at the C-level, and have a deep understanding of the UK market dynamics. Your ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders is one of your key strengths, allowing you to navigate complex partnership discussions with ease. You are results-driven and thrive in environments where you can take ownership of your projects and drive them to success. You are excited about the potential of AI in finance and are eager to leverage it to enhance your sales strategies.
Desirable
Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and a strong network within the UK fintech ecosystem would be advantageous. Familiarity with partnership management tools and CRM systems is a plus, as is a background in technology partnerships.
What you'll do
In this role, you will scan the UK market for potential partnership opportunities, reaching out to these potential partners to drive the partnerships opportunity pipeline in the region. You will take full responsibility for guiding partnership prospects from first contact through to becoming live, ramped-up partners. This involves developing and reviewing business and use cases for new partnership opportunities, particularly for complex and strategic partners. You will work closely with local leadership to ensure alignment with the wider commercial strategy in each region, redefining the go-to-market strategies for the Technology Partnerships channel. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that partnerships are successfully integrated into Mollie's offerings.
