Who you are

You have 8+ years of field experience in a quota-carrying role, demonstrating a strong track record of overachievement in a competitive market. Your expertise lies in formulating and executing sales strategies that lead to revenue growth and new customer acquisition. You possess the ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology, making you a trusted advisor to clients. You are skilled in building relationships and managing a complex sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction through collaboration with professional services teams. Your experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales sets you apart, as does your familiarity with databases and open-source technology.

Desirable

You are driven and competitive, with a strong desire to succeed in your role. Your time management skills allow you to effectively qualify opportunities and prioritize tasks. You thrive in environments that require initiative and energy, and you are eager to participate in sales enablement training programs to further enhance your skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline within your assigned territory. You will close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives, contributing directly to the company's growth. Building strong and effective relationships with clients will be key to uncovering growth opportunities and ensuring long-term success. You will participate in comprehensive sales training programs, including a Sales Bootcamp, to refine your skills and stay updated on industry best practices. Collaborating closely with the Professional Services team, you will work to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring that clients receive the support they need to succeed.
