Who you are

You have 8+ years of field experience in a quota-carrying role, demonstrating a strong track record of overachievement in a competitive market. Your background includes strategic account management, where you've successfully navigated complex sales processes and built strong business relationships. You are fluent in Bahasa, allowing you to effectively communicate with clients in Indonesia and the surrounding region. Your experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales has equipped you with the skills to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology. You are driven and competitive, possessing a strong desire to succeed and excel in your role. Your familiarity with databases and open-source technology is a plus, enhancing your ability to connect with technical stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline within your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on closing business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives. You will participate in comprehensive sales enablement trainings, including our Sales Bootcamp and leadership development programs, to continuously enhance your skills. Collaborating closely with the Professional Services team, you will ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships that lead to growth opportunities. Your ability to manage time and resources effectively will be crucial as you qualify leads and navigate the sales process. You will also engage in strategic planning to formulate and execute a sales strategy that aligns with MongoDB's growth objectives.
