You have a strong understanding of the cloud ecosystem and can effectively communicate the value of MongoDB's services to partners. Your initiative and strategic thinking enable you to develop and execute go-to-market programs that align with business objectives.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities. You are adept at providing both business and technical expertise to partners, helping them understand how to effectively sell MongoDB's value proposition. Your experience in sales enablement and joint marketing initiatives has equipped you with the skills to drive incremental revenue through cloud partnerships.
Desirable
Experience with cloud technologies and partnerships is a plus, as is familiarity with the competitive landscape in the database market. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a knack for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Your ability to build trust and rapport with partners is essential for success in this role.
What you'll do
As the Enterprise Account Manager - OEM at MongoDB, you will own the relationships with cloud partners in the China area, reporting directly to the Regional Director of Mainland China. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies that generate an incremental sales pipeline with these partners. You will drive enablement and field alignment activities to enhance the efficiency of cloud partners, ensuring they are equipped to sell MongoDB's services effectively.
You will proactively engage with the regional sales teams of cloud partners, helping them identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline for MongoDB as a Service. Your role will involve interlocking with MongoDB's Global Partner team to ensure a cohesive approach to partner management and sales execution. You will also be responsible for owning the New ACV quota and pipeline creation goals for the cloud partner's MongoDB business in the region.
In addition to managing partner relationships, you will collaborate on co-selling and co-marketing initiatives, leveraging joint marketing efforts to drive awareness and adoption of MongoDB's services. Your ability to provide technical enablement and post-sales support will be crucial in demonstrating the value of MongoDB to partners and their customers.
