You have a strong background in Account Management, ideally with experience in the technology sector — your ability to build and maintain relationships with partners is key to your success. You are passionate about Data Protection and Cyber Security, understanding the importance of safeguarding data in today's digital landscape. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals. Your analytical skills allow you to conduct territory analysis and identify top potential partners effectively. You are proactive in your approach, ensuring regular communication with partners to foster strong relationships and drive engagement. You are adaptable and open to learning, always seeking to enhance your knowledge of Acronis products and services to better support your partners.

Desirable

Experience in cloud services or cybersecurity is a plus, as it will help you understand the nuances of the industry and the needs of your partners. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and strategies will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As the Cloud Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving Annual Recurrent Revenue growth through strategic account planning with dedicated partners. You will analyze your territory to identify key partners and develop relationships with decision-makers on their side. Your role will involve aligning with Acronis Cloud Distributors for joint activities aimed at channel enablement, ensuring that partners are equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed. You will train new and existing partners on Acronis products, supporting them daily in their business and technology development. Your focus will be on increasing the adoption of new services and retaining partners by creating a best-in-class partner experience that differentiates Acronis in the market. You will also monitor partner performance and provide insights to improve engagement and revenue outcomes.
