What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in the Sales Compensation Team, focusing on the administration and analysis of sales incentive plans. You will work closely with executives and internal functions, including Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Deal Desk, Business Systems, Finance, and HR, to improve processes and systems.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales data to ensure accurate compensation calculations and providing insights that help drive sales performance. You will also be involved in establishing new processes that align with the company's growth objectives, ensuring that the sales team is motivated and rewarded appropriately.

You will collaborate with various departments to gather feedback and implement changes that enhance the efficiency of sales operations. Your role will require you to be adaptable and responsive to the needs of the business, as you work to support MongoDB's rapid expansion in the database market.
