Who you are
You have over 10 years of experience in inside, channel, or direct sales, particularly in acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. Your track record includes consistently exceeding sales targets, earning accolades such as Presidentβs Club or Rep of the Year. You possess the ability to effectively communicate the business value of complex enterprise software solutions to decision-makers, including CTOs and IT leaders. Your passion for developing your career in the largest software market, particularly in databases, drives you to excel in your role. You are familiar with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sale, and have a strong command of English.
Desirable
You have completed sales methodology training or have practical experience applying these methodologies in your work. Your familiarity with database technologies, software development, and open-source technologies enhances your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will actively identify and develop your sales pipeline, validating opportunities and closing deals primarily with new customers while also focusing on growth within existing accounts. You will create sales opportunities through outbound activities such as cold calling and email campaigns, targeting key decision-makers in the technology sector. You will establish and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, collaborating closely with solution architects, customer success, and professional services teams to ensure customer success. You will participate in structured sales boot camps, advanced sales training, and leadership development programs to enhance your skills and effectiveness.
