Overview

MOO is hiring a Category Operations & Enablement Specialist to support the Category Managers and GTM team in operational execution. This role is based in London or Cape Town and requires strong organizational skills.

Who you are

You have a background in operations or enablement, ideally within a fast-paced environment where you’ve supported teams in executing their strategies effectively. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with various teams to ensure that operational processes run smoothly. You are detail-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to improve workflows and enhance team performance.

You understand the importance of effective communication and can articulate operational needs clearly to different stakeholders. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to analyze processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that projects stay on track and meet their objectives. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly in response to changing priorities, making you a valuable asset to any team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support MOO’s Category Managers and GTM team by owning the day-to-day operational execution that keeps categories running smoothly. You will be responsible for coordinating various operational tasks, ensuring that launches are on track and that all necessary resources are in place. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and streamline processes, making sure that everyone is aligned and informed.

You will also be tasked with monitoring the progress of ongoing projects, providing updates to stakeholders, and identifying any potential roadblocks that may arise. Your analytical skills will come into play as you assess operational performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency. You will play a key role in enabling the team to achieve its goals and drive the success of MOO’s product categories.
