Who you are
You have a proven track record in partnership management, with experience in identifying and assessing potential partnership opportunities that align with strategic goals. Your ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners is key to your success. You excel in establishing rapport and engaging in effective communication, ensuring strong, mutually beneficial partnerships. You are skilled in leading negotiations and finalizing agreements, ensuring that commercial terms are beneficial for all parties involved. Your collaborative nature allows you to work closely with legal and executive teams to ensure contract compliance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in Moss' journey to become the European market leader in spend management. You will identify potential partnership opportunities and conduct thorough assessments to evaluate their suitability and potential value. Building and maintaining relationships with partners will be a daily focus, as you engage in regular communication to foster strong partnerships. You will lead negotiations with partners, creating and finalizing agreements that align with Moss' strategic goals. Your collaboration with internal stakeholders will be essential in driving the success of the partnerships team.
