Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Your ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives is key to your success in building relationships with clients. You are agile and coachable, always looking for opportunities to learn and grow. A Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent work experience is essential, and previous Sales Methodology training such as MEDDPIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales is a plus.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, which includes prospecting, cold-calling, conducting demos, and closing deals. You will drive sales by creating opportunities in your pipeline, aiming to close 1-2 deals per month. Understanding Navanโ€™s value proposition and solutions will be crucial as you use value-based sales approaches to present to C-level executives for budget approval. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale, partnering with Account Management to ensure a successful launch and ongoing usage of Navanโ€™s platform. Your role will involve overseeing all sales activity within your account list and exceeding sales targets.
