Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing role ideally within SaaS — you've successfully managed the sales process from prospecting to contract generation and have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets. You are curious and always looking for opportunities to learn and grow, and you value giving and receiving feedback. As a collaborator, you enjoy working with others and helping whenever possible. You possess full professional proficiency in both English and German, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the full sales-cycle from prospecting to contract generation, ensuring that you drive sales by managing opportunities in your pipeline and closing 1-2 deals per month. You will need to understand the company value proposition and solutions, applying appropriate value-based sales approaches to effectively communicate with C-level executives of small to mid-market sized companies. You will oversee all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce, ensuring that you hit your monthly sales goals consistently. Your ability to creatively outbound into cold opportunities will be crucial for generating new business and expanding the customer base.
