What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, which includes qualifying leads, discovering client needs, and closing new SMB customers. You will proactively prospect and engage dental practices to drive new client acquisition, serving as a founding voice in shaping Dandy's UK sales motion, messaging, and processes. You will consistently track your activity, pipeline, and performance in Salesforce, ensuring that you meet your sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team. You will collaborate closely with senior sales leadership to develop strategies that resonate with the UK market and help establish Dandy's brand presence. Your role will require you to become a student of dentistry, understanding the nuances of the industry and how Dandy's innovative solutions can benefit dental practices. You will be expected to provide feedback on sales processes and contribute to the development of a playbook that will guide future sales efforts as Dandy expands internationally.
