Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle closing role, ideally within the SaaS industry, where you've successfully managed complex sales processes. Your background includes 3+ years of selling to C-level executives, demonstrating your ability to influence high-level decision-makers and close significant deals exceeding $100k. You excel in outbound prospecting and conducting product demonstrations, showcasing your strong communication skills and ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
Your experience includes using sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, and Command of the Message, which have equipped you with the tools to uncover customer needs and pain points. You have a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment, showcasing your adaptability and growth mindset. Proficiency in both German and English is essential, allowing you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience selling into Finance stakeholders is preferred, as it will enhance your ability to connect with potential clients in that sector. A strong desire to succeed and a collaborative spirit are key traits that will help you thrive in our dynamic sales team.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Navan, you will manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial outreach to close and launch. You will develop strategies for closing opportunities within your assigned territory, generating net new meetings with potential customers through personalized outreach. Your role will involve interfacing and selling to multiple personas within target organizations, ensuring that you articulate our value proposition and products using appropriate sales qualification standards.
You will be responsible for all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce, which will require you to maintain accurate records and provide insights into your sales pipeline. Achieving monthly sales quotas will be a key focus, and you will leverage your skills in relationship building and negotiation to close complex, net new deals with companies ranging from 1000 to 3000 employees.
