Overview
Minitab is hiring a Senior Account Executive to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts in France. You'll be responsible for driving new business acquisition and account expansion. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in consultative sales.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing enterprise accounts β your experience has equipped you with the skills to build and maintain long-term customer relationships that drive satisfaction and growth. You thrive in a team-based selling environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and support each other in complex sales cycles.
Your ability to identify and qualify opportunities is exceptional β you understand the nuances of consultative selling and can navigate the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to renewals. You are results-driven, with a focus on generating revenue through new logo acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and consulting engagements.
You are comfortable with regular travel within your region, as you know that face-to-face interactions are key to building trust and rapport with clients. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate value propositions effectively, ensuring that clients see the benefits of Minitab's innovative solutions.
Desirable
Experience in the software industry is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the products and services you will be selling. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions will also enhance your ability to engage with clients and address their needs effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take full ownership of your book of business within your territory, managing a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across France and potentially Spain. You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and account expansion, ensuring that you meet and exceed revenue targets.
You will develop and execute account and opportunity plans, identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers within your assigned accounts. Your success will be measured through customer satisfaction metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
You will engage with a broad and established enterprise customer base, representing a well-established and trusted brand in the market. Your role will involve regular collaboration with a high-performing EMEA sales team, where you will share insights and strategies to enhance overall performance.
