You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing the sales process from beginning to end. Your experience with SAP S/4HANA solutions is a significant asset, and you understand the intricacies of engaging with both new prospects and existing customers. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with marketing, presales, and operations to achieve sales goals. Your commitment to customer satisfaction is paramount, and you have a mastery of the sales process that allows you to deliver results consistently.

You are a strategic thinker who can develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to your assigned territory. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures that you can manage sales engagements to closure while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You are comfortable working independently and are driven by achieving quota retirement and revenue growth for your organization.

What you'll do

As the Senior Account Manager, you will own the sales process for SAP S/4HANA solutions, managing your own prospecting efforts while also engaging with a group of existing customers. You will collaborate closely with the SAP sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals. Your role will involve working cross-functionally with marketing, presales, solution architecture, and operations to ensure a seamless sales engagement process. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving your sales quotas, all while ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction.

You will need to effectively manage your sales pipeline, utilizing your expertise to identify opportunities and close deals. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to understand their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts. You will also be expected to provide feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
