Who you are

You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a direct or indirect SAP S/4HANA sales role, showcasing your deep understanding of the sales process and customer engagement. Your educational background includes at least a 4-year Bachelor’s degree, equipping you with the foundational knowledge necessary for this role. You possess significant working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Salesforce.com, which are essential tools for managing sales engagements effectively. Your ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, presales, solution architecture, and operations demonstrates your collaborative spirit and commitment to achieving sales results with the highest degree of customer satisfaction.

You thrive in environments where you can manage your own prospecting efforts while engaging with existing customers. Your mastery of the sales process allows you to navigate complex sales engagements and drive quota retirement and revenue growth for Navisite. You are passionate about recognizing team achievements and contributing to a positive company culture, aligning with Navisite's mantra of #SoMuchGood.

Desirable

Experience working directly at SAP or with SAP partners is a plus, as it provides you with insights into the nuances of the SAP ecosystem. Familiarity with additional sales-related tools will enhance your ability to perform in this role and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

What you'll do

As the Regional Sales Director, you will own the sales process from beginning to end for SAP S/4HANA solutions. This includes managing your own prospecting efforts and engaging with a group of existing customers to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with SAP sales teams within your assigned territory to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Your role will require you to work cross-functionally with various teams, including marketing, presales, solution architecture, and operations, to ensure successful sales engagements and closure.

You will be responsible for effectively managing the company's sales engagements, ensuring that you meet or exceed your sales quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients will be crucial in this role. You will also be tasked with analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
