Who you are
You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in managing partnerships within the technology sector. With at least 5 years of experience, you've successfully scaled partner ecosystems and driven significant revenue growth. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify and onboard new partners effectively, aligning them with company goals and market priorities.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders alike. Your ability to analyze market trends and partner performance helps you make data-driven decisions that enhance platform adoption and partner engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy for a portfolio of ISV partners, focusing on segmentation, onboarding, enablement, and performance management. You will identify and recruit new ISV partners that align with Nebiusβ regional and product go-to-market strategies. Your responsibilities will include driving ISV readiness and platform adoption through structured onboarding processes and technical enablement initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that partners are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. Your role will also involve monitoring partner performance and implementing strategies for continuous improvement and expansion of the partner ecosystem.
