What you'll do
As the Lead Technical Recruiter at Vanta, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for engineering roles, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. You will identify and engage top talent through various channels, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool. Your role will involve extending offers and successfully negotiating terms to close hires, all while providing candidates with an exceptional experience. You will collaborate closely with senior engineering and executive leaders to influence hiring strategies and align recruitment efforts with business outcomes. Setting and upholding a high bar for technical hiring will be a critical part of your responsibilities, as you design and calibrate candidate assessments in partnership with engineering leadership. You will track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive decisions and improve funnel health, ensuring that Vanta continues to attract and retain top-tier talent.
