Who you are
You are a customer-focused Key Account Manager with a passion for building long-term partnerships. You understand the importance of ensuring customer satisfaction and success, and you have experience managing your own customer portfolio. You thrive in a role where you can be the central point of contact for users and decision-makers, guiding them from onboarding to long-term usage of the product. You are skilled at recognizing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and implementing targeted strategies for customer retention. You are also comfortable providing feedback to product teams to help continuously improve the service offered.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of your customer portfolio, ensuring that clients are satisfied and successful with Nelly's solutions. You will engage with customers through various channels, including chat, email, phone, and in-person meetings, to address inquiries and provide support. You will actively seek out opportunities to enhance customer relationships and drive value from the product. Collaborating closely with the product team, you will relay customer feedback to inform ongoing development and improvements. Your role will involve strategic planning to enhance customer engagement and retention, ensuring that Nelly remains a trusted partner in their operations.
