NEORIS is hiring a Tech Account Lead to oversee technical conversations and ensure alignment between business goals and technology execution. This role requires strong leadership and technical advisory skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in managing technical accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while translating their business objectives into actionable technical strategies. Your experience includes leading technical discussions and ensuring alignment across various stakeholders, including delivery, architecture, and security teams. You are adept at identifying risks and opportunities within technical projects, maintaining a holistic view of account management.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to facilitate decision-making processes effectively. Your ability to foster trust and clarity with clients is paramount, as you navigate complex technical landscapes and ensure that all initiatives are coherent and aligned with business goals. You thrive in multicultural environments and are passionate about driving innovation and continuous learning.

What you'll do

As a Tech Account Lead, you will lead all technical conversations with clients, from initial discovery through to execution and optimization. You will act as the single technical voice for your accounts, ensuring that all technical initiatives are consistent and coherent across teams and vendors. Your role will involve proactively identifying risks and gaps in architecture and delivery, while also exploring cost optimization opportunities.

You will maintain a comprehensive view of your accounts, ensuring that all technical aspects align with the client's business objectives. This includes overseeing cloud usage, security compliance, and operational constraints. Your leadership will be crucial in driving long-term value for clients, as you work closely with various stakeholders to facilitate technical decision-making and deliver high-value solutions.
