What you'll do

As the Lead Technical Account Manager, you will take ownership of the customer relationship for key accounts, guiding them through the implementation of our contact center platform. You will work closely with customers to resolve any issues that arise, ensuring they achieve their business objectives using our technology and services. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal teams to improve processes and technology, ultimately contributing to the company's growth objectives.

You will be responsible for managing the most complex customer accounts, providing expert guidance and support throughout their journey with us.
