What you'll do
As the Lead Technical Account Manager, you will take ownership of the customer relationship for key accounts, ensuring they are successfully implementing and utilizing our products. You will engage with customers before they go live on the contact center platform and maintain close communication throughout their journey. Your role involves resolving complex problems and providing technical support to help customers overcome challenges and achieve their business goals.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and drive improvements in our products and services. Your expertise will be crucial in expanding customer usage of our technology and ensuring they remain loyal advocates for our brand. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices to enhance the overall performance of the Technical Account Management team.
