Who you are

You are a deeply experienced account management professional with a proven track record in technical resolution. You excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with the products and services offered by NiCE. Your expertise allows you to navigate complex challenges and provide exceptional customer service, making you a trusted advocate for your clients.

With a strong background in customer success, you understand the importance of proactive engagement and are skilled at identifying opportunities for customers to expand their usage of technology. You are adept at resolving issues that arise during the implementation and ongoing use of products, ensuring that customers achieve their business objectives.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and technology. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge gaps and foster understanding.

Desirable

Experience in the contact center industry or similar technology sectors is a plus. Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and methodologies will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As the Lead Technical Account Manager, you will take ownership of the customer relationship for key accounts, ensuring their successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction with NiCE's products. You will engage with customers before they go live, guiding them through the process and addressing any concerns that may arise. Your role will involve resolving complex problems and providing technical support to help customers maximize their use of our technology.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges, acting as their advocate within NiCE. By fostering strong relationships, you will help customers overcome obstacles and achieve their business goals. Your insights will contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and technology, aligning with company growth objectives.

In addition to managing key accounts, you will collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and drive enhancements to our offerings. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring that customers see the value in expanding their use of our products.
