You have a proven track record in sales management, with experience mentoring and leading teams to exceed performance expectations. Your ability to set clear expectations and instill accountability is key to your success in managing a team of Account Executives. You are passionate about helping others grow, regularly conducting one-on-one coaching sessions and team meetings to develop your team's skills and confidence.

Desirable

Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with small business needs and challenges. You are comfortable analyzing sales pipelines and identifying opportunities for performance improvement, ensuring that your team operates at its best. Your communication skills allow you to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, driving initiatives that contribute to overall business growth.

What you'll do

As a Senior Sales Manager at NerdWallet, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and leading a team of 6–8 Account Executives. You will develop and implement effective coaching strategies that help your team members grow their skills and confidence. Regularly shadowing phone interactions, you will analyze the sales pipeline to identify opportunities for performance improvement. You will create an environment where team members are encouraged to contribute new ideas and think creatively, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Your data-driven mindset will guide your decision-making in this fast-paced, metrics-heavy environment, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds its sales targets.
