Overview

Netflix is seeking a Manager of Account Management to lead a team of Account Managers and oversee Netflix Ads campaigns. You'll partner with Sales Directors to drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional client experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage a team of Account Managers responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle, from pre-sale planning to post-sale execution. You will partner closely with Sales Directors to develop strategies that drive revenue growth against account lists. Your responsibilities will include maintaining clear performance standards for your team, enforcing accountability, and providing feedback to support their development. You will work with various cross-functional teams, including Sales, Ad Ops, and Marketing, to ensure that clients have exceptional experiences with Netflix Ads. You will also identify efficient workstreams and establish strong relationships with key advertisers and agencies.
