Nethermind is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive sales of Web3 security solutions. You'll engage with Web3 projects and manage the full sales cycle. This role requires proven sales experience in Web3 security.
Job Description
Who you are
You have proven sales experience in Web3 security — you've successfully sold security audits, penetration testing, or related security services to blockchain projects and protocols. Your deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem means you're familiar with smart contract development, DeFi protocols, and blockchain infrastructure, allowing you to articulate the value proposition of innovative security solutions effectively.
You excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Co Founders, CTOs, and security leads in the Web3 ecosystem. Your ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close demonstrates your expertise in driving sales and exceeding targets. You are a collaborative team player who works closely with technical teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and product adoption.
What you'll do
In this role, you will identify and engage with Web3 projects, protocols, and organizations that require proactive security solutions. You will articulate the value proposition of AuditAgent and AgentArena as essential complements to traditional security audits, ensuring that potential clients understand their importance. Your responsibilities will include managing the full sales cycle, from conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations to developing proposals and negotiating contracts.
You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure that customers have a seamless onboarding experience and that they adopt the products effectively. Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets will be a key focus, and you will provide valuable market feedback to product and marketing teams to refine positioning and product development. Additionally, you will represent Nethermind at industry conferences, meetups, and Web3 community events, enhancing the company's visibility and reputation in the market.
