You have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in selling products with an ASP of $10k+. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to thrive in early-stage startups, where you embrace ambiguity and take initiative to make a significant impact. You are customer-focused, acting as a bridge between customers and the product team to ensure the product addresses real-world pain points. Your mission-driven mindset aligns with Delve's goal of making compliance faster and more accessible for startups.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Delve, you will be a core part of the team, working directly with the founders to drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new customers. You will collaborate with the founders to design and implement a scalable sales process from scratch, ensuring that it meets the needs of the business as it grows. You will also represent Delve at industry events and conferences, establishing yourself as an expert in the compliance and security space, while providing valuable insights to the product team based on customer feedback.
