Fluency in German is essential, as you will be the go-to person for both local and international visitors.

What you'll do

In this role, you will give a first-class welcome to colleagues and external visitors at the reception, ensuring that everyone feels valued and appreciated. You will manage the local onboarding and offboarding processes, making sure that new employees have a smooth transition into the company. Your responsibilities will also include organizing and hosting conferences and workshops, where you will ensure that all logistical aspects run seamlessly.

You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment, contributing your creative ideas to enhance the overall experience for everyone in the office. As part of the Global First Impression Team, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure that all service areas are well-coordinated and that every detail is attended to. Your role is crucial in fostering a positive atmosphere that reflects the company's values of trust and responsibility.
