What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Netomi’s North America teams, focusing on both technical and business functions. You will partner with US stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. Your day-to-day activities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You will also be responsible for maintaining and optimizing hiring pipelines, ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Netomi’s presence in the competitive job market.
