NICE is hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead sales efforts in Eastern Europe, focusing primarily on the Polish market. You'll be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients and driving digital transformation conversations. This role requires significant experience in enterprise sales.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the nuances of the Eastern European market, particularly in Poland, and have a consultative approach to selling that focuses on delivering value to clients. Your ability to build relationships with senior executives is key, as you will be mapping value and developing effective business cases to drive conversations around digital transformation.
You are self-motivated and capable of managing your own pipeline through prospecting and collaboration with internal resources. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and maintain territory plans that align with business goals, ensuring you meet and exceed sales targets. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable running full sales cycles from account planning to contract negotiation and closing.
Desirable
Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with RFPs and RFIs. You are adaptable and can pivot your approach based on business needs, particularly in the DACH region. A background in digital transformation or related fields will help you engage effectively with potential clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients across various industries in Eastern Europe, with a primary focus on Poland. You will build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through self-directed prospecting and collaboration with Business Development Representatives. Your responsibilities will include developing territory plans, running full sales cycles, and taking a consultative approach to engage with senior executives.
You will coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring that our proposals align with client needs and showcase the value of our solutions. Your ability to drive conversations around digital transformation will be crucial as you help clients understand how our offerings can assist them in achieving their objectives. You will work closely with various team members to ensure a collaborative approach to sales, leveraging internal resources to maximize your effectiveness.
