Figma is hiring an Account Executive, Enterprise to drive sales and expand opportunities with enterprise customers. You'll build relationships with C-level decision-makers and deliver innovative solutions. This role is based in Berlin or can be remote in Germany.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing enterprise accounts — you've successfully built and nurtured relationships with C-level executives and understand the complexities of their business needs. Your experience in value-selling techniques allows you to effectively align solutions with customer challenges, ensuring long-term partnerships. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited about the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to drive success.

What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a defined list of enterprise accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. You will apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques to build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring that Figma's solutions align with their business challenges. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for enterprise-wide deployments and gaining sponsorship from executives for Figma's product suite.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback informs product development and innovation. By understanding the long-term roadmap of Figma's offerings, you will position the company as a strategic partner for your clients. Your role will also involve tracking sales metrics and reporting on progress to ensure alignment with company goals.
