Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your consultative approach allows you to engage with senior executives, understanding their needs and mapping value effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various teams to drive results and meet business goals.

You are skilled in building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through self-directed prospecting and leveraging internal resources. Your ability to develop effective territory plans demonstrates your strategic mindset and commitment to achieving targets. You are comfortable running full sales cycles, from account planning to contract negotiation and closing deals.

Your experience includes coordinating responses to RFPs/RFIs, showcasing your attention to detail and ability to manage complex sales processes. You are passionate about driving digital transformation conversations and can build compelling business cases and ROI models that resonate with potential clients.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector or familiarity with digital transformation solutions would be a plus. A background in working with enterprise clients across various industries will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at NICE, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in Western Europe, with a primary focus on Spain. You will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients and driving sales initiatives that align with their objectives. Your consultative approach will enable you to engage with senior executives, helping them understand how our solutions can meet their needs.

You will build and maintain an effective sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and collaboration with Business Development Representatives. Developing and reviewing territory plans will be essential to ensure you meet your business goals. You will run full sales cycles, from account planning and targeted prospecting to discovery, qualification, contract negotiation, and closing deals.

Your role will involve taking a value-centric approach, mapping value for clients and developing effective business cases that drive conversations around digital transformation. You will coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring that our proposals meet client expectations and showcase our capabilities.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with various team members, including marketing, presales support, finance, and leadership. You will also represent NICE at trade fairs and events, promoting our solutions and building relationships within the industry.
