Your ability to track and analyze pipeline performance metrics allows you to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What you'll do
As the Sales Director for South & Eastern Europe, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our sales initiatives. You will develop and implement effective pipeline strategies that align with NICE Cognigyβs overall business goals. Leading and managing the sales team will be a key responsibility, as you drive new business opportunities and customer acquisition throughout the region.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to leverage internal resources for pipeline growth. Conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities will be essential, as you adjust strategies to address changes in the business landscape.
Overseeing and refining the sales process will be part of your role, providing hands-on support to team members in their engagement with prospective clients. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, will be crucial for fostering business growth.
You will track and analyze pipeline performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Representing NICE Cognigy at industry events and conferences will also be part of your responsibilities, showcasing our solutions and building our brand presence in the market.
